However, based on my experience, there is a simple yet effective measure: emotional resonance. If implementing ESG practices leaves you feeling burdened and distressed, that’s Fake ESG. Conversely, real ESG serves as a driving force for business, ignites passion at work, and fosters a process of self-fulfillment, resulting in positive and uplifting emotions.
