Trusted learning can improve learning efficiency. If teaching program suppliers, assessment and examination service providers, and educational and training institutions are regarded as cities, and trusted certificates are trucks on the highways connecting these cities, it can greatly reduce the cost of information communication between various learning programs, avoid repeated learning of knowledge, and help educational institutions truly focus on improving learners’ abilities.
